This workshop includes a highly insightful exploration of individuals’ influencing strengths and preferences, and a practical toolkit which draws from different energies, and is applicable across a wide range of work and life situations. Participants will be able to strengthen and practice influencing approaches which are more of a challenge and refine those, which represent their preferred style. They will leave knowing how to achieve a balanced and effective range of behaviours, having practised implementing them in a safe but challenging environment.
From Training to Resolution Services
Our mediation process is a highly successful and a cost-effective way of resolving conflict in an organisation. We will work with two or more people in dispute to reach an agreement. In most cases our approach takes just one day.
We work with individuals at all levels, from team member to board member, business owner to private individuals to develop essential skills, motivation and tools through our range of coaching packages.
Performance management essentials workshops
This comprises a suite of three workshops that can be run together or singly, all of which equip leaders and managers with essential skills for getting the best out of individuals and teams. Intensive behavioural coaching and forum theatre work will enable individuals to see the impact their leadership style has on resolving a situation and they will leave with practical tips on improving their results through developing both their responsive and directive behaviours.

Keynotes - Workshops - Masterclasses
Sarah has been working in development and training since 1989. As a freelance trainer and coach she enjoyed successful relationships with clients across a wide variety of sectors, including education, major retailers, banks, manufacturers, consulting organisations and in the public sector. Sarah is highly skilled in one-to-one and group coaching, and as well as being MD of PDA, runs a busy executive coaching practice, working with senior leaders, entrepreneurs, business owners, executives and senior teams.
In 2006 PDA became the first independent providers of ‘Fierce Conversations’ workshops, based on the best selling book by Susan Scott, and in early 2009 were proud to become the only Authorised Training Centre for Fierce accreditation programmes in the UK.
Sarah’s public speaking has gained momentum in recent years with a range of clients now seeking her out for her motivational, engaging and down to earth speaking style and energetic pacey delivery. Recent engagemnts include

Sarah has a BSc in psychology and trained as a coach with the Coaches Training Institute. She also has a post graduate certificate in coaching from Lancaster University. She is licensed to use MBTI and to deliver Fierce® conversations workshops and Train the Trainer in the UK and Europe.
