To kickstart our Fierce programme you will learn the 4 objectives of a Fierce Conversation, reflect on 3 transformational ideas, and embrace 7 principles that will help you live and lead more ‘Fiercely’. You will also consider the implications of your insights on yourself, your team and anyone else who matters to your success and happiness and create some powerful and transformational actions.

The Team Conversation or ‘Beach Ball’

This model will earn it’s keep over and over if you want to make meetings productive again and not a drain on time, motivation and energy. This highly effective tool eliminates the pain of long, unproductive and non-collaborative meetings and is great for anyone who needs to make better quality decisions; Implement change or strategies quickly and efficiently, ensure the right stakeholders are around the table to create a ‘think tank’ which can resolve tough challenges. It also helps to inspire original thinking, break down silos and increase collaboration, whilst creating an open and respectful atmosphere in which sharing ideas feels safe and productive

Creating a culture of accountability: the Delegate and Coach conversations

You will first answer the question ‘is what I am doing right now the best use of me? learn how to release your death grip on things you like doing and are probably quite good at, step out of the pattern of ‘telling’, ‘suggesting’ or ‘advising’; avoid spending your days solving issues for team members; and ensure the ‘best and brightest’ feel developed and committed, and are getting good quality attention, and ensure both you and the next level of leaders are being developed and are ready to take on greater challenges

The Confrontation conversation
