We have been running development courses for people all over the world, and across different sectors, for well over 25 years now and it has semi seriously occurred to us many times that we should abandon all course titles and just call everything “Be More Confident And Communicate Better”

And what about leaders?

In this turbulent and challenging era of leadership, if we only had a day, an afternoon, maybe just an hour to teach you how to be a better leader what would we teach you? what would constitute the bare essentials?

Based on our work over the last 25 years, and our commitment to keep it to the BARE essentials we have come up with 4 cornerstones, and 12 associated principles, which we think cover all the things that in general people aren’t naturally very good at (no matter how clever or senior they are) Those things that if they were practised diligently and frequently would make betters leaders of us all.
