you may have the most up to date performance review systems, or maybe still rely on managers completing a paper based form.... but the most important thing is that individuals have the best quality conversation. "The conversation IS the relationship" as we say in our fierce training workshops, and nowhere is this truer than in managing performance.

Our training programme comprises a suite of three workshops that can be run together or singly, all of which equip leaders and managers with essential skills for getting the best out of individuals and teams. Intensive behavioural coaching and forum theatre work will enable individuals to see the impact their leadership style has on resolving a situation and they will leave with practical tips on improving their results through developing both their responsive and directive behaviours.
