1. Statement of Intent
People Development Associates Ltd (PDA) is committed to ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees, associates, learners, and clients. We aim to provide a safe environment for all training and consultancy activities.
2. Responsibilities
- The Director is responsible for overall health and safety compliance.
- All staff and associates must take reasonable care for their own safety and that of others.
- Risk assessments will be carried out for all training activities.
3. Arrangements
- Conduct risk assessments for venues and delivery methods (face-to-face and online)
- Ensure safe use of equipment and materials
- Maintain incident reporting procedures
- Provide clear emergency procedures at training locations
4. Review
This policy will be reviewed annually or following any significant incident.
