Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

1. Statement  
People Development Associates LTD (PDA) is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chains. We uphold ethical standards and respect human rights in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

2. Scope  
This policy applies to all employees, associates, contractors, suppliers, and partners engaged within PDA.

3. Our Commitment  
We will:  
- Act with integrity and transparency in all business dealings  
- Ensure our business operations are free from slavery and human trafficking  
- Not knowingly engage with organisations involved in such practices  
- Promote awareness of modern slavery risks  

4. Risk Areas  
As a Learning & Development provider, our primary risks may arise through:  
- Use of external associates and trainers  
- Third-party suppliers (e.g. venues, digital platforms, subcontractors)  

5. Due Diligence  
We will:  
- Conduct reasonable checks on suppliers and partners  
- Include ethical expectations in supplier agreements where appropriate  
- Monitor relationships with key suppliers  

6. Responsibilities  
- The Director is responsible for implementing and reviewing this policy  
- All staff and associates must remain vigilant and report concerns  

7. Reporting Concerns  
Any concerns related to modern slavery should be reported to the Director. Reports will be treated seriously and investigated promptly.

8. Training and Awareness  
We will ensure relevant staff and associates understand the risks of modern slavery and how to identify and report concerns.

9. Continuous Improvement  
We are committed to improving our practices to combat modern slavery as our business grows.

10. Review  
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary.
