People Development Associates Ltd (PDA) is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners, including vulnerable adults.

This applies to all staff, associates, and contractors delivering training.

3. Key Principles

• Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility

• Concerns must be reported promptly

• Learners have the right to feel safe

4. Recognising Concerns

Staff should be aware of signs of abuse, neglect, or vulnerability.

5. Reporting Procedure

• Report concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

• Record concerns accurately

• Escalate where necessary

6. Safer Working Practices

• Maintain professional boundaries

• Avoid inappropriate contact

• Ensure safe learning environments

7. Review
